At Woodside Group, where autism is our first language, we are delighted to introduce Woodside Lodge’s Vale Farm, catering for children aged 9-19 with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Head of Base
Stacey joined the Woodside team in 2013 as a support worker. Prior to joining she had worked for the Leicestershire County Councils behaviour support team where her role was to work with students at risk of exclusion. Throughout her time at Woodside her passion for PSHE grew, and she led her team, ensuring that the students were receiving the best possible education. Stacey joined the curriculum leadership team in 2018 before moving to Vale and becoming a head of base in 2019.
Stacey consistently motivates her staff to fulfil the vision of the school and meet the individual needs of the students at Vale. Ensuring that students are able to leave Woodside with the skills that they need to fulfil their potential is of great importance to Stacey, and she works hard to make this happen.
